Two young boys were attending the NEK Drag Racing event as their Dads were racing in the 600 modified class.
One boy turned to the other and said “I bet my Dad is quicker than your Dad”.
The other boy turned to the other and said “No way – I know my Dad is quicker than your Dad”.
As the two boys started fighting, their mothers came over to break up the fight. After learning what the fight is about, one mother turned to the other, smiled and said, “I don’t know about you, but my husband is so quick I never reach the finish line.”
The other mother smiled and replied “It’s not how fast they go, it’s how much time they spend in the staging area that will help you win the race.”
